DAY 01: NJP RLY. STN. / IXB AIRPORT - GANGTOK (ABOUT 125 KMS / 5 HRS):
On arrival at NJP station / IXB airport & transfer to Gangtok - "The Capital City of Sikkim". On arrival check-in to your hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 02: GANGTOK – EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & NEW BABA MANDIR (43 KMS, 03 HRS ONEWAY):
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 Ft / 43 kms, 03 hrs) & New Baba Mandir (13,100 Ft / 16 kms, 01 hr from Tsomgo Lake) (this is a restricted area and entry for foreign national is restricted. They can visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be minimum 02 persons & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). The depth of the Tsomgo Lake is on an average 50 ft. late afternoon back to Gangtok. (Due to the very high altitude and bad road condition Tsomgo Lake is a landside sensitive zone. If due to landslide or any other reason if Tsomgo Lake is closed then an alternative sightseeing will be provided on the basis of the on ground situation). Overnight stay at hotel, Gangtok.
DAY 03: GANGTOK – DARJEELING (ABOUT 115 KMS/ 4 HRS):
Morning after breakfast checkout of the hotel transfer to Darjeeling. On arrival check in at Hotel. Overnight stay in the Hotel in Darjeeling.
DAY 04: DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING:
Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga (subject to permit availability), and back to hotel. After breakfast visit Peace Pagoda, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and back to hotel. Overnight Halt at Darjeeling.
DAY 05: DARJEELING - NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT (ABOUT 90 KMS / 3 HRS):
After breakfast check out from the hotel, transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for onward journey. Memory Begins.
NOTE: The Package is valid for Indian Citizens only. Each Passenger must carry MANDATORILY 04 Copy of recent Passport size color Photograph and 04 Copy of Election Identity Card or Valid Passport only along with Original document for Issuance of Permit and entry to Sikkim. PAN card and AADHAR card is not treated as valid document for entry to Sikkim for issuance of permit. Absence of valid documents as mentioned herein may lead to refusal of entry into Sikkim.
