Day 1 – Tromso (2 Nights)

Scheduled tour guests, ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, as per the respective flight departure time to proceed to Tromso – a major cultural hub above the Arctic Circle where nature and culture go hand in hand. Upon arrival at the airport, our Tour Times Tour Manager will guide all guests with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.

Scheduled tour guests, joining from other Indian metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight booked by Tour Times. Upon arrival, Tour Times Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city.
Tour Times Travel consultant will provide more information and guidance of the same.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Tour Times Travel consultant. J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group. In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.

(Kindly note that the standard hotel check-in time is typically at 15:00 hrs onwards but may vary depending on the hotel's policy.)

Today evening we will enjoy a guided tour to experience the Northern Lights.

Note: As per the Schengen visa rule, we need to process your Schengen visa from the consulate of the country we’ll be entering first on our Europe tour or staying in for the maximum number of days. 'Joining & Leaving' guests will also have to get their visas processed from the consulate of the same country; otherwise, boarding might be denied by the airline, or even entry into that country can be banned.

Day 2 Tromso

Today we explore city of Tromso, we visit Polaria – an Arctic aquarium to see the interesting knowledge based exhibits, a panoramic cinema and feeding of the seals, Tromso University Museum – the oldest scientific institution in Northern-Norway, and the Polar Museum – known as Gateway to the Arctic here we discover exiting stories of risky arctic trapping and sea mammal hunting as well as courageous Polar explorers. Later we will experience the phenomenal magical lights famously known as Northern lights in the sky in different shades right from luminous green, often with a hint of pink along the edge, and occasionally with a deep violet centre. To enjoy these amazing phenomena we proceed to Risvika. Upon arrival we enjoy a Reindeer sledding ride and further proceed to the northern part of Kvaloya, which offers amazing chances of seeing the Northern Lights. Here we enjoy the guided tour which takes through the Sami Culture and their lifestyle. Sami camp is something to remember forever.

Day 3 Tromso – Alta (1 Night)

Today we enjoy a scenic drive to Alta– known as city of northern lights. Upon arrival we visit Northern Lights Cathedral - the city's architectural landmark. Further we visit Ice Bar at Sorrisniva Igloo Hotel - a magical fairy tale adventure with the wondrous surroundings of snow and ice, Magic Ice presents a truly magical experience. Tonight we go for a Northern Lights Hunting- A real miracle and the pearl of the northern land – Aurora Borealis, a fascinating adventure in pursuit of an exceptional natural phenomenon.

Day 4 Alta – Honningsvag (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Honningsvag – Norway’s northern most city. Upon arrival we walk around the harbour. In the evening we visit “North Cape” a 920 feet high steep cliff referred as the northernmost point of Europe. Here we try our luck for chasing the Northern Lights.

Day 5 Honningsvag – Karasjok (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Karasjok - a fascinating and exotic forested town of Norway. Upon arrival, we take a photo stop near Sami Parliament of Norway- an advisory body of the Norwegian government on Sami affairs.

Day 6 Karasjok – Rovaniemi (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Rovaniemi - an urban oasis amidst the Arctic wilderness, where culture, wild activities and fairy tales come together. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a guided tour to experience the Northern lights.

Day 7 Rovaniemi

Today we explore Rovaniemi city we pass by Lappia House, Library and Town Hall – the most famous of architect Alvar Aalto’s works in Lapland. City Library of Rovaniemi was the first building to be completed, in 1966, followed by the Lappia House, functioning as a theatre and congress hall, in 1975 and the Town Hall, finished after Aalto’s death, in 1988. Together, these three buildings form a composition enclosing a spacious plaza, highlighting the individuality and purpose of each building. Further we see Arctic Center-Finland’s national institute for Arctic expertise. Later cross the Arctic Circle (66°31'N) to enter incomparable unspoiled Lapland and visit Santa Claus Village with a chance to meet Father Christmas himself. We then visit the Arktikum Museum, the regional museum of Lapland, which collects and preserves cultural, historical, and natural scientific materials. It allows us to experience the northern nature, culture, and history up close. Additionally, Arktikum reveals the mystery of the northern lights through fascinating facts and stories.

Day 8 Rovaniemi – Helsinki (1 Night)

Today we fly to Helsinki - capital city of Finland and a vibrant seaside city. Upon arrival we explore Helsinki City, we pass by Modern Finlandia Hall- a dynamic, multipurpose venue located in the centre of Helsinki, City Hall- a central administrative building of Helsinki, Parliament House- the official location of the governing body of Finland, Presidential Palace- the official residence of the President, although today it is used primarily for presidential functions and receptions, the Monumental railroad station- one of the most visited and well-known site in the city. There are over two hundred thousand passengers that pass through this place every day, Lutheran Cathedral- the symbol of Helsinki. The church was originally built from 1830-1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Olympic Stadium- built in 1938. Olympic Games were held here in 1952. Today it hosts both national and international sporting events and outdoor concerts, Sibelius monument- dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius, the abstract monument resembles a soundwave made of clusters of organ pipes. The jagged monument consists of over 600 steel pipes, Market Square- the most famous market in Finland, it has been a centre of trade for hundreds of years. Even today, it still hosts some of Finland’s most well-known events and is a major shopping location for both locals and visitors.

Day 9 Helsinki – Reykjavik (2 Nights)

Today we fly to Reykjavik – located on the coast of Iceland, is the capital and largest city of Iceland. Tonight we have a chance to witness the spectacular Northern Lights off your bucket list.

Day 10 Reykjavik – Golden Circle Tour – Reykjavik

Today we take the Golden Circle Tour. Here we visit Thingvellir National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the rift valley between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates and the site of the ancient Icelandic parliament. Later we visit Geysir - home to the Littli Geysir & the great Strokkur Geyser which erupts about every 8 Minutes, Gullfoss Waterfall - one of the most impressive waterfall in Europe that falls in two folds. In further we proceed back to Reykjavik. Upon arrival we visit Fridheimar Tomato Farm- where Tomatoes are grown in Green house using the Geo-Thermal Heat from the ground.

Day 11 Reykjavik – Seljalandsfoss – Skogafoss – Black sand Beach – Vik (2 Nights)

Today we proceed towards South Iceland and visit the first location of Gerua fame waterfall Seljalandsfoss- here we enjoy a walking trail behind the waterfall. After this, we will visit Skogafoss- where on a bright sunny day at least 2 rainbows are visible at a time. Further we proceed towards Reynisfjara - BLACK SAND BEACH one of its only kind in the world, where we see the Rock apostles in the ocean & also Basalt Rock columns and cave formation at the beach. Later we visit the Solheimasandur – Plane wreck location- It is one of the well-known locations from the Gerua song. Tonight we head out for another northern lights tour in the vicinity.

Day 12 Vik – Skaftafell National park – Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon – Vik

Today we visit two of the most beautiful places in Iceland - Skaftafell National Park and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. We start our day with Skaftafell National Park- which is a magnificent area. The birch forest is like an oasis surrounded by the enormous tongues of the Vatnajökull glacier and the sands of Skeiðarárasandur. Then we continue east in order to reach the glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón, one of the most spectacular sights in Iceland. Enormous icebergs constantly break off the glacier into the lagoon, melting slowly as they drift towards the sea nearby. Here we will take photo-stop and walk around the lagoon to enjoy this amazing landscape. May to November we enjoy an Amphibian Boat Ride at this Lagoon (Subject to weather condition). Opposite to the lagoon we visit Diamond Beach- a black volcanic sand beach where icebergs from the Breidamerkurjokull glacier drift ashore.

Day 13 Vik – Blue Lagoon – Reykjavik (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Reykjavik. Upon arrival we visit Blue Lagoon - a geothermal spa and is set in the middle of the black lava field. Later we explore Reykjavik city, we pass by Sun Voyager - a dreamboat, an ode to the sun. It symbolizes the promise of undiscovered territory, a dream of hope, progress and freedom, Harpa concert hall - an award-winning building situated at the old harbour, City Hall - houses the offices of the mayor of Reykjavík and a large 3D map of Iceland, Parliament House - a classical 19th century structure which houses the Icelandic parliament, Hallgrimskirkja Church - both a parish church and a national sanctuary in Iceland. It is the largest church in Iceland.

Day 14 Reykjavik – Departure

Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.
