The next stop is right in Kodai, the princess of hill stations. Clouds and trees spread a rich carpet for you while the cheerful parks beckon you to relax and sit back to watch the serene nature at its best. Now, head off to Rameshwaram, A small town that brings the Hindu epic of Ramayana to life. Visit the famous Ramanathapuram Temple. It is believed that bathing in 12 wells (Theerthams) of the Temple is equal to penance. Spare a day to visit the Danushkodi, A ghost town with a tragic past brutally washed away of life. The relics of the past stand solemn as you visit the Land's End. Head off to Kanyakumari for darshan at Kumari Amman Temple, 133 feet tall statue of Thiruvalluvar, a Legendary poet and Philosopher, The Triveni Sangamam, that is the confluence of 3 oceans: The Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea, and the Indian Ocean.
