Visit the Delhi railway station to board the train. The train starts from Delhi and moves towards Jaipur. Brunch is served onboard. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the amenities inside the train. The train reach Jaipur by late evening. Dinner at any signature restaurant in Jaipur. Overnight stay in the train as it halts at Jaipur.

After breakfast, the sightseeing starts with the Amber Fort. Lunch is served in the train. The train starts its trip towards Ranthambore. Evening is at leisure to enjoy the train features. Dinner and overnight stay in the train.

Day 3 (Tuesday) : Ranthambore - Fatehpur Sikri
The train halts at Sawai Madhopur. Trip to Ranthambore National Park for an early morning safari. Breakfast and lunch are onboard as the train continues its journey towards Fatehpur Sikri. Afternoon excursion to the ancient city for exploration. Dinner and overnight stay in the train. Train journeys towards Agra.

- 06:30: Proceed for an exciting Game Drive at Ranthambore National Park
- 09:45: Return to the comforts of Maharajas' Express and breakfast on-board
- 10:15: Maharajas' Express proceeds for Fatehpur Sikri

- 15:00: Visit the deserted Mughal City of Fatehpur Sikri

- 20:00: Train arrives into Agra. Overnight at Agra
Day 4 (Wednesday) : Agra
Train reaches Agra in the morning. Early morning visit to Taj Mahal and followed by breakfast at any venue. Return back to train for lunch and brief rest. Evening sightseeing to Agra Fort. Dinner and overnight stay in the train. Train runs towards Orchha.

- 09:00: Champagne Breakfast at Taj Khema

Day 5 (Thursday) : Orchha - Khajuraho
Train reaches Orchha by early morning. City excursion to Orchha after breakfast and back to train for lunch as train moves towards Khajuraho. Visit to the Khajuraho group of monuments and back to the train by late evening. Dinner and overnight stay on the train. The train moves towards Varanasi.

- 06:30: Train arrives in Orchha and proceed to visit Orchha Fort and village tour by TukTuks
- 09:45: Return to the comforts of Maharajas’ Express and breakfast on-board
- 10:00: Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Khajuraho

- 15:00 : Arrive into Khajuraho and proceed to visit the Western Group of Temples
- 18:30: Return to the comforts of the Maharajas’ Express. Relax on board or you may choose optional activities
- 19:30: Enjoy an “Indian Evening” followed by dinner on-board
- 22:00: Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Varanasi
Day 6 (Friday) : Varanasi
Train reaches Varanasi by early afternoon. Breakfast and lunch onboard. Afternoon visit to Silk Weaving Center. Day trip to Sarnath for pilgrimage sightseeing. Early evening boat ride on River Ganges to enjoy the Ganga Arti. Back to train for dinner and overnight stay. Train continues to run towards Delhi.

- 11:35: Post arrival into Varanasi, proceed for lunch at Hotel Taj Ganges
- 13:30: Post lunch proceed to visit Sarnath ruins followed by a visit to Silk Weaving Centre
- 16:30: Proceed for Boat ride on the Ganges to witness Evening Aarti
- 20:00: Returns to the comforts of the Maharajas’ Express
- 20:30: Dinner on-board
- 21:30: Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Delhi
Day 7 (Saturday) : Delhi
The train reaches Delhi by late afternoon. Breakfast and lunch are onboard. The journey ends at Delhi station.
Day Highlights
- 09:00: Enjoy the countryside while having breakfast on board
- 12:30: Disembark and bid farewell to the Maharajas’ Express as your journey comes to an end!
